SIAN was asked to create an experiential event to showcase the debut album and character of singer, songwriter and clinical psychologist Miel de Botton. The location and ambience was key; finding a unique and accessible venue that is exciting to the press and entices them to come was the major challenge. SIAN has been nurturing its partner venue proposition in major cities around the worked since 1978, and so were trusted with this event and selected the venue where Sir Arthur Conan Dolye first sat in the late 1800’s and imagined the meeting between Dr Watson and the enigmatic Sherlock Holmes! As these walls clearly house creative geniuses at work…
Every detail went to plan in the Criterion on the 10th July 2014 from the perfect welcome to the lavish food, bespoke decor and architectural lighting that enhanced the incredible originally gold roof, now fully restored to its 1874 state and of course the wonderfully produced performance from Miel and her live band on a custom built stage that was integrated into the architecture to be an organic part of the room.
As the press said “ Hurray!”
Client said : “Everything was perfect, just perfect thank you so much you are amazing”
